Saul Williams, as a foal, was to studious to have any friends. He used to stay alone in a dark corner, sometimes reading a book about his next class, sometimes writing in his journal. He kept beeing alone until he discovered how eager he was to have some friends. When he discovered he could bring them something, he couldn't be more happy. But, all good things have an end. One day, Princess Celestia came to him. He was a blank flank, of a mature age. He was scared to be something so special, so it took so much time befor ehaving his cutie mark. Anyways, the princess wondered why one of his subjects, as brilliant as him, who knew his own destiny already, hadn't got his cutie mark. But she hadn't came to him to talk about this: she proposed him to become her appointed psychologist. He gladly accepted, without knowing all the terms of this agreement. He became the leader of a team of scientists and researchists, who gave their life to find a way to swap their gender or breed. It was when they tried using changeling blood that everything happened. Saul had to be the test subject, along with one of his only friends (wich name won't be revealed). The test was simple: they developped a magical way to command the changeling blood to do specific changes on one's body. What they didn't know, was if an equine body would support it. Saul was a earth pony. During the experience, two things happened. One, he became a unicorn. Two, a peeping eye with two large tentacles appeared on his flank. About His friend... He disappeared, leaving a route of chaos and destruction behind him. He turned to become ''Shift'', ''the pony who could swap between two worlds'', as they all said. The mane six were sent to defeat them; the population heard that it was all okay, he was now ''under control and willing to help society''. But Saul felt something dark. A few weeks after the experience, he started to turn insane. He could keep himself from the darkness rising in him, but... It was now a part of him. He BECAME the darkness, along with it's own voice. Sometimes he talked to it, while sometimes he would bash his head on a wall to make it stop. He tried to become friends with it, but it rejected him. The princess called him back a month after Saul changed. She wanted to talk to him in private, but she couldn't be alone anymore. A shadow followed her. A 3d form, walking, pony-looking shadow walking behind her. He wouldn't talk or anything; he just stayed silent and listened. Listened as the princess cried at Saul, of how her sister wanted to leave the Canterlot and live in the old Castle after they got in a fight. Saul's darkness talked instead of him. He said something like: ''You've got what you deserve''. At that time, she realized how his eyes were angry, how he would act like he wanted to kill everything. She sent him back to his home, in quarantine. Alone in the dark. When he succeded to come out, the town had changed. Ponyville and canterlot were heavilly protected by full armored soldiers, wearing chainmails and plates of a dark color. Everyone wasn't free anymore. There was a book on his doorstep: ''The new civilian rules of equestria'', stating how a civilian pony wasn't free to talk about anything anymore, that they now had to buy this and that on a regular basis, that there was new taxes, etc... Saul's parent weren't findable anywhere. His father used to be an investigator in charge of the few crimes that would occur once in a year, such as yougn thefts or bums that wanted to look ''cool''. But now... The armored guards weren't doing anything as people fighted in the streets. Murder cases started to occur daily, and nowhere was ''safe''. That's how Saul came back in society. Completely insane, a black, holed horn on his forehead, and a dark eye talking to him. ''Welcome to ponyville, where you have to conform to the civilian code. Please, enjoy your stay while you're beeing threatened and stolen. The fee to stay in the city is to be taken his honor and dignity; we'll sell you death at the price of your life.''

Any mental illness?: Asperger's Any familly?: 2 sisters: 1 older than steel (Rose Heart), 1 younger (Thunder Heart), A father (Black Heart) and a mother (Daisy chain) average IQ: 139 How is your character perceiving himself?: Clever and hard working but rubbish at socializing ---- Background: As a foal, His parents knew he was different. Instead of playing with others and making friends he read anything he could get his hands on. He also used to play with all the Education and IQ based toys instead of playing sport. Moving on to his school days, he struggled to make friends instead people tried to make friends with him. Though pretty much all of the time their attempts failed and because of his lack of friends he was bullied. Then after a couple weeks of bullying, he broke. Forcing himself to stand up to the bullies and with hope in his heart and courage in his soul it worked. Gaining his cutie mark. From then on the bullying ceased and he had built up a small group of 2 friends. Other than that it was a pretty normal childhood. With Steel and his 2 friends playing tabletop RPG Discord and Harmony up until his early adult life. Finally while other colts read Daring Do Steel read World politics for the young minds of Equestria. Then it brings up to his adult life filled with more reading of political textbooks, going to work at the local university as professor of world politics but his classes were always tiny. As it seemed that no pony took it because they believed that they were never going to need it. So after hearing about the group of rebels, He joined it. Training as part of the spec ops team.

Soon after, he joined the Equestrian Youth Racing League (Or EYRL, for short.) and won many awards there as well. In his mid-teens, he attended the Wonderbolts Academy, but dropped out after realizing how much of his own time it was taking, and that he wasn't seeing his family and friends. Later, he heard of the Rebellion, and thought it was a good cause to fight for, and joined, quickly rising through the ranks to become a Commander in charge of a Scout Team affiliated with the Rebellion's Foward Operations group.

Her family was not wealthy, and one day, when Sever was 5, she was sold off into child slavery. In order to stop ponies from making her steal, or lie for them, she learned to persuade them. It was then she got her cutie mark. She kept in the miserable business, though, until one day, when she was 15, she was granted an opportunity to visit her family. She hurried home, expecting a house much like the one she had left behind. But no. A mansion stood in it's place. Her family was wealthy, money pouring out the windows. She had worked 10 years of her life away, when it was only for the greed of her family. Hurt, and angry, Sever left, and never returned. She's been on her own ever since.

Well, there's no earth pony left. Anyways, we're enought to start it, and i've got the character for the job. Well guys, let's move out the the Group Rp thread for the intro, and when everyone's online, we'll go on the chat - roleplay channel. (If there's some people there, i hope they'll join and play some background character. That might be awesome.)
