He nodded, getting down and pressing his hands to the ground, expecting her to do the same. "Do you remember when you opened the wall?"
"It's just like that," he told her, watching her thoughtfully. "It's like that, but you're going to focus on the dirt and use it to push the wheels along."
She seemed intrigued, sitting back on her legs thoughtfully as she considered this. “Just like that,” she murmured before nodding and closing her eyes, trying.
The cart began moving along, slightly disturbing the Earth around the wheels as the dirt pushed it along.
She didn’t know if she was making progress, but she felt it, burying her fingers in the dirt with a small noise of concentration.
She made a small little noise, trying to focus. “On course,” he would hear her murmur. “On course, Juniper. On course...”
After awhile it would reach the end of the row and he looked at her with a bright expression. "How was that?"
Her eyes fluttered open and she looked up at him, looking very tired. “That one is really hard,” she admitted. “But I just need practice.”
He nodded slowly before gesturing to the rows. "Why don't you practice on some smaller objects and I can finish up with this?"
She shocked her head, standing up. “No,” she insisted. “Z, they’re really heavy and really finicky. You don’t want to work with them.”
