Tulpa?

So I think I've just spontaneously developed a tulpa. Is this possible? I have no idea what happened.

    I wouldn't worry about it. The voices in my head all say that you're perfectly normal.

    it's ok i also have voices in my head (though mostly screaming after they died) I just learnt to live with it but now they have turned into ponies.

    Alright. Both of them made a joke, so allow me to be remotely serious as tulpas can actually be very dangerous. What makes you think you have a tulpa?
