I used instructions for the first few model cars I built. After that it wasn't necessary since the majority of what I build are the same 4 or 5 types of NASCAR kits.
Well, NASCAR is pretty strict on conforming to their templates. If the car is just slightly out of tolerance, you either fix it or don't race.

Pretty much just NASCAR and football for me. Although, I might watch some IndyCar or tennis occasionally.
Since father is a beastformer he does actually sleep. Normally in beast mode. Also father will sleep when in human form as well.
