    I like to think I have tenure. People who are just starting out at the local McDonald's and Taco Bell earn more than I do, but I still have no desire to leave the place I've worked at since 2007. :D

    The last company I worked for went in the tank so I ended up getting a new job doing roughly the same things. Management is way better here.

    Sometimes leaving your workplace is the best thing you can do. I was let go from a place I worked at for 9 years and it was the best thing for me. Got a job in another place and like Rock, the management there was much, much better. Until I had a comparison, I didn't know how awful the old place actually was.
