Week of 1/13/2025: Paul McCartney and the Wings with "Silly Love Songs". There was an Oldies music station in Detroit when I was growing up. At some point after I moved to Kansas it stopped being such, and it's made me hate the fact that I've had to grow up to start with. And... Week of 7/23/2018: "Harry the Hairy Ape", by Ray Stevens.
Week of 1/20/2025: The Stage 1 theme from an old Sega game called "Earnest Evans". And... Week of 7/30/2018: Cartoon Planet's "Don't Touch Me". Fun fact: I was attending a family friend's wedding reception back in college, and the DJ actually agreed to have this song played. I have to wonder if anyone aside from my parents knew why I was cracking up.
Week of 1/27/2025: Zame's remix of Pokemon Platinum's Frontier Brain battle music. And... Week of 8/13/2018: Polkas y Huapangos - Los Dos Laredos, used in Red Vs. Blue, by Jaime y Los Chamacos. Had to do a bit of digging to find who the original artists were.
