It's Valentines Day soon as we all know, so I'm wondering if people have any interesting "Roses are red, Violets are blue" etc poems, or any other type of romantic poem that they wish to share. Here's one I wrote: Playing With My Heartstrings I’ve always been alone on Valentine’s Day, I can never think of something romantic to say. Sitting alone watching couples pass by, They don’t see me in the window as I begin to cry. That was until you came and made my life fun, You are my sweetie, my cherry, my BonBon. Your friendship set my heartstrings on fire, And you make me feel like the old Lyra. But never forget the people in the windows, Sitting in the darkness and drowning in their sorrows. Does the sweet One still whisper heaven into my ear? Through violence and serenity, does He still appear? Some say yes, some say He won't show. There is always tomorrow, yet tomorrow is still no.
