Well, in case you didn't know... John de Lancie (the voice talent behind Discord) announced that he finished some voice acting for My Little Pony... AND HE SAID NOTHING ELSE ABOUT IT. My guess? The return of Discord, of course. Either Discord breaks out (again), or we get some backstory that will completely screw over many a fanfic (mine included). I'm leaning more toward the latter. Oh, and we'll SO see more Luna. Anyone else agree with me?

Here is a guess for season 3. Discord and Twilight must work together to defeat a villain far greater than Discord who wants to destroy the Universe.
He shows up for a few seconds. I highly doubt that he will ever get cannon because 1) He was a animation error and a big one at that. 2) After the whole Derpy thing, I doubt HASBRO will wanna risk making another character cannon and what not. Could you imagine if they announced that, the storms would be almost instant.
Well we know Discord will be coming back in season 3, and we also know (according to Tara Strong) it will be cute, lol. So my guess is. - Another Discord 2 Parter - Another Flashback to Fillyhood Episode - More Character Development & World Building (duh) - Possible return of minor Antagonists, and new ones - Another Luna episode (hopefully) - A Scootaloo episode - An Episode where Pinkie's Sisters come for A visit (because it would be fun) - An Episode where Rarity's Parents unintentionally embarrass her in front of her friends (because...funny. And she seems like the best candidate for en episode like that) -An Episode where Spike Becomes A Pony for a Day, or better yet a role reversal ep, Spike & Rarity (or Twilight) get into an argument over who's job is easier or something like that, Zecora (or Twilight) one use a spell/potion to turn the two into the others form, can kind of be a don't judge a person until you've walked a mile in their shoes type episode - Cadance & Shining Armor get back from their honey moon later in the season and ad the Mane Six, Spike & the CMC as part of the main cast. and thats my guesses/hopes for season 3 As of Now, I guess.
Well personally I would like an episodes for the fans you know with everything we like in it, oh wait that has already happen that episode was the wedding episode damn you hasbro
I third, A Derpy episode would just be fun. Infact giving background ponies bigger roles would be nice to see in general.
