I loved the song, kind of reminded me of 50s girl group music. At first I didn't enjoy it, but now I wish I had that back in my head.
Agreed. Sometimes people bully because they want to feel cool, and the first thing that bullies make their victim's think is that they can't tell and are helpless. That's why Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon were appalled when Babs said that she would tell their parents.
Quite like it. But what I really love is the way Sweetie Belle drinks her milkshake- It's freakin' adorable!! :3
I really enjoyed this episode, and alot more then I thought I would. Mainly because.. Babs seed was a much more likable character then I thought, and her motivations for becoming the CMC's bully are (while predictable) were believable, being a blank flank in a big city like Manehatten must be hard for a little pony like babs who most likely has to put up with much more bullying then the CMC do with Diamond & Spoon. I also like how much she grew as a character in only one episode, she started out as a seemingly shy girl (at least in comparison to the CMC's energetic nature) then becomes a big city attitude bully, then in the end comes full circle realizing she doesn't have to be a victim or a bully, but instead can stand up for herself and her friends, not to mention actually tell set friends & family her problems. Also lots of fun highlights in this episode like - We finally see Sweetie Belles Room & Rarity's Parents house -Magnum (Rarity's dad) fishing) - Ponyville continuing to expand (first time we've seen that particular steep drop I believe) - The CMC slowly developing, Sweetie is actually able to use magic, Scoots wings are getting stronger) Also it seems Sweetie Belle is indeed becoming the smartest member of the CMC which is a funny contrast to her air-headed self in season 1, I like it. Meanwhole Scootaloo is becoming the dodo of the group XD. And finally CMC now have a Branch in Manehatten, NICE! Speaking of which, seems the Apple family is indeed all over the place, the Apples live in Ponyville & Appleossa, then we have the Oranges in Upper(Fancy) Manehatten and the Seeds in Lower Manehatten. Wonder where else the Apple Family members live, they probably have a part o their clan everwhere in Equestria I bet XD. But yeah overall most enjoyable CMC episode for me since Show Stoppers! 10/10! I hope we see Babs again in the upcoming Apple Family reunion episode. Also, arguably has the most catchy song in MLP history!

My favorite things about the episode: -Sparkly-golden Sweetie Belle -The way Babs hides her blank flank with her tail
In 2012 a Blank Flank was sent to Ponyville for a crime she didn't commit. This blank flank promptly went to Sweet Apple Acres and drank some cider. Today, with a flank still blank she survives as a bully to blank flanks. If you have a blank flank, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire... The CMC-Team! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9dUWf8ecUT0&feature=player_detailpage#t=721s
I'm guessing we will see her again in the Apple Family reunion ep later this season, at least I would hope we would. And yep now fanfics writer have a whole new CMC branch to have fun with! Also, let us wait for the incoming wave of both Bully "Bad Seed" Babs & CMC "Good Seed" Babs fanart!
Unfortunately I didn't think this episode was that incredible. The song was pretty good but I just wasn't that impressed by the episode and I can't really say why. It had an awesome A Team reference and Scootaloo kinda flew but I just don't know about it. It is defiantly an awesome CMC episode but compared to others I'm just not so sure. 7/10 PS: This is only my first impression my score may improve if I re-watch.
I really liked this episode, definitely my favourite CMC episode. I also loved the song, it's so catchy! So glad I didn't spoiler it for myself. It was good to see Bab's standing up to Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon at the end. Great Episode.
Loved it. The song was awesome, pretty original, and I can relate to the CMC in this episode. I give it a rating of 10 Scootaloos out of 10
I liked the episode and the song alot plus Babs Seed sounds very much like Rocky from Party of One so yeah good episode although I hated when Babs, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon made Sweetie Belle cry how dare you make Sweetie Belle cry now I hate Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon even more.
Definitely not the best of the CMC eps (that, in my opinion, would be Season One's "The Show Stoppers"), but certainly not bad. The song was cute, although I've come to expect much more from the songs in this series. I liked Babs Manehattan accent. One interesting thing about this episode: this is the first one this season that really feels like it was designed with children in mind. It actually feels much more like a season one episode than anything we've seen in a while. Aside from the A-Team reference, this episode seemed mostly devoid of the kind of self-aware pop-culture savvy that could be found in so many of the season two eps. My least favorite episode of the season so far, but it is good to see that the writers haven't forgotten that the show is supposed to be geared toward a young audience.
