I just noticed something coincidentially funny. In the flashback, Applejack asks "Mow appwe fwitteh?" Later in the episode, she's urging everyone to make more apple fritters. XD
You know, I often complain about MLP episodes being two short, that they would benefit from an hour-long format... ...this is the one episode that genuinely felt too long. Too much time was spent on Granny Smith's flashbacks, on Granny Smith herself, and on the preparations for the reunion, that the actual plot of the episode felt very rushed in. They should have most of that stuff and focus on the actual plot of Applejack overdoing the reunion. Also, this episode comes after "One Bad Apple". We could have used some of the wasted time to flesh out the interaction between Apple Bloom and Babs Seed, to see how the events of "One Bad Apple" affected both of them, and to give more characterization to Babs Seed.
