It's surprising she could even do it. Rainbow's rainboom only happened when 4 ponies were about to die and they were her idols and friend. Not to mention she was flying her whole life. Twilight was bad at flying and forgets she even has them sometimes. How could she possibly mimic a rainboom of her own? It had to be magic assisted.
So then cadence, celestia and luna can all do one. I wonder if unicorns launched for a cannon could replicate it.
Wow, it has been forever since I last posted on here. Hello again! I thought the premiere was great! Now we know exactly what happened when Celestia banished Luna and when both defeated Discord. Who would have thought that the Elements of Harmony came from a tree? I know I didn't. So I guess, based on the last bit, the goal of this season is to find the six keys for the six locks. Wonder what that will reveal? Only time will tell! 24 more episodes, here we come, with the Scootaloo episode, the Power Ponies, and seeing Pinkie's sisters!
Discord in these two episodes was just about the best thing ever. Every. single. second he was onscreen, he was making me laugh hysterically. The implication at the end that this was all part of his plan to get them to give up their elements was pretty wicked as well. Basically, I want a Discord. Not a plushie, just, just a Discord. Where can I get one?
I really liked Discord this time around. The ending had me laughing out loud because it was his fault that those vines were there in the first place and it was mentioned at the last moment. xDDD Ese Discord es todo un loquillo. So the elements are now back in the tree. Which in turn revealed a box. Which sets up a whole new plot device. I like that it wasn't during the end of the season but at the start it. I predict several ways this season may end and/or develop. 1. They find the keys and the season ends with a new discovery. 2. They find the keys and the season ends with a cliffhanger. 3. They find the keys but something happens before they can open the box. 4. They find the keys during the season and the second half of it is about what happens when they open the box 5. The season ends before finding all the keys as the new season may have them finding the final key which sets up the whole new season. Anypony else thinks otherwise?
Inside the box is a baby alicorn called harmony. Twilight adopts her. Or or or It's a baby draconequus that discord adopts. Still named harmony. It would be like his opposite like cadence and twi or celestia an luna.
Is it just me or was Luna portrayed in a very bad way? She was more like King Sombra than a jealous mare before transforming into Nightmare Moon.
I love how everyone noticed the hidden discord in the intro but nopony noticed that Luna is now in the intro too? Either that or it's just so obvious that nopony mentioned it in this thread at all...in which case I am doing my job correctly and stating the obvious!
