As Rosy sank deeper into sleep, she recalled the events of the day, and shuddered inwardly. When complete sleep came over her, she only felt relief, and she went willingly into an oblivious doze.
Frozen closed his eyes ans nuzzled up to her, embracing her as they both slept. In the morning, he intended to take her away from all of this; they would find another way to grant her immortality.
The next morning, Rosy woke up with the sun, although not due to a nightmare. "The medication must be working," she thought to herself. The events from yesterday surged back to her, and she closed her eyes and grimaced. Careful not to wake up Frozen, Rosy got up, and left the room. She walked down the hallway when she bumped into the last person she wanted to see. "Oh!" Celestia said, "Good morning, Rosy."
Rosy was in a slightly defensive position as they talked. Celestia, however, seemed incredibly at ease, an easy smile on her face.
"Ach, Frozen," Celestia said with disgust. "That is a personal matter. Millions of lives could be lost because of you unable to let go of a simple thing."
"First of all, she's not your wife yet. And second of all, what if I refuse? Will you let innocent ponies die because of her pride?" Celestia asked, a strange glint in her eyes.
Frozen nodded gently and slipped his arm around Rosy, "In exchange for my help with the war, I want you to make Rosy an alicorn. Once the war is prevented, your relationship with Chineigh is your own problem."
"Then make her immortal, alicorn or not it makes no difference," he said, "once this is over, and we have what we want, we'll be leaving."
"I thought the reason you wanted her to be immortal was because you wished to help me?" Celestia said, trying to be complicated.
