Frozen pondered this for a moment. "Well,,as long as you are certain it won't land us in the dungeon, count me in!"
Thorn morphs into a royal guard. "Should'nt cause a problem to give you a royal escort. Beside captain happy and his merry band of slobbery root chewers have been giving me trouble since I moved to the surface." a low click can be heard from Thorn even without his wings. The guards snaps to and stand at attention. "Discord if you please, the cage."
Discord looked confused. "Why would I please the cage? Oh, you mean you want me to... of course." He clicked his talons and the cage disappeared. He grinned. "Using disguises and infiltrating castles; just like old times, right Frozen?"
The guards form up around Discord. "Well gents let's get going." Two of the ponies rush to grab the door and hold it open. Thorn walks out into the rain and stands there. A loud thud comes from behind the counter as the bartender losses consciousness. One of the guards next to Frozen nods to the door. "After you sir."
Frozen conjured up a cavalier hat with a peacock plume, and placed it upon his head as he slipped out.
Discord noticed Frozen's choice of head wear and nodded in approval. "I hope you're not expecting any sword fighting..."
"I see. Perhaps I should dress down, to make you seem even more impressive!" He cast aside the umbrella and donned a dishevelled suit that appeared to have been slept in for a few weeks. "There!"
"Oh I wouldn't worry; I should imagine being my son will prevent her from being too friendly. Maybe insult her a little too for good measure. That's always fun."
"That maybe a little blunt. Unless... if you could play it deadpan enough; act as if you honestly believe that to be her title, then it might just work!"
"Well, you've been out of Equestrian society for a while, so far as she knows. Just a thought." He smiled, imagining Celestia's reaction.
"Yes... I can't imagine she was overly pleased about you meeting Celestia..." Discord said, thinking back on the reason for Xarame's imprisonment. He supposed that was the main reason she hadn't joined them, choosing instead to stay at the Glass House and help the ponies of Horsehead Bay.
"Well, I will just have to buy her a boquet of flowers, when we return home, and finish preparing for the wedding!"
"Yes, and we still need to return to Snowdrift, to see if we can find Snowflake..." Discord said, looking distant. He shook his head and looked at Frozen. "But one thing at a time; let's focus on the task at hand."
