The guys then scatter so they can search for Elizabeth. Will flags down one of the prostitutes and rather awkwardly asks her... Will: Excuse me miss, can you help me? "For 300 caps I can do more than help you. Hehe." Will: Uhm.. no uhh... that's not quite what I meant. I'm looking for- "A confirmed bachelor eh? They're not around here sweetie. Try inside" Will: >sigh< No... I'm looking for a girl named Elizabeth Smith. And no I'm not looking to hire her. "What's she look like? And what do you want with her?" Will: She's an African-American woman in her mid 20's with hazel eyes. I'm uhh... looking for her on behalf of her father. "Hmm... I don't know anyone like that who works here. Then again a lotta people work here so I can't exactly keep track of all of them" Will: okay. Well, thanks for your time. "Don't mention it sweetie"
Harland wandered around the courtyard, knowing better than to talk to any of the girls, lest he be thrown out by security. However, walking behind one of the tents, he heard something he thought might be important; according to two of the girls talking in private, there were exclusive rooms downstairs, for VIPs only, and they'd just had a new girl start down there. He went to find the others, to share this information.
Harland soon managed to find Will, who stuck out like a guy wearing power armor in a *squee!*-house. John joined them not long after although it looked like he's got a little distracted while he was searching as evident by the lipstick smudges on his face. After John explained himself, Harland gave the guys the low down and they devised a plan to get into the VIP section.
(You ever seen Ocean's 11? I'm thinking a Casino heist along those lines would be fun, only instead of stealing cash, we rescue Elizabeth.) "We'd better find the girls." Harland rasped. "Maybe a room at The Tops to plan this thing in."
(Okay, I was going for a plot twist however I think for both our sakes it's best if I play it safe and not Shyamalan this RP) (oh and sadly no I haven't seen ocean's 11) Will: Or how about somewhere in freeside? I don't much like the idea of having my custom minigun taken from me again.
"Well, I think the Atomic Wrangler does rooms," Harland said, looking around the main hall for the others. (I don't mind plot twists, just let me know if I'm standing on your plan's toes )
Will: Okay then. John: the liquor's stronger at the wrangler anyways. Will spots the girls from a distance Will: Hey Jenny! Jenny waves back at Will, they meet up and agree to meet up at the wrangler to discuss things further. At the Wrangler, Jenny tells the gang that a woman fitting Elizabeth's description had been spotted around the place a few times, however the bartender couldn't tell them if she was still there or if she actually even worked there.
"Well, the only way we're going to know for sure whether she's there or not is if we can get into the VIP area. Now obviously, none of us can pass as VIPs, because they've already seen us and know we're not. The only person they haven't really seen is Will; they only know him as a suit of power armour." Harland looked at Will. "I assume you can get out of that thing? If so, I suggest we dress you up all fancy, load you up with all the caps we can muster, then pose as your bodyguards; that should get us full access to the casino. We can explain our previous visit as a recon mission of sorts, tell them we were checking to make sure it met your exacting standards."
Will: uhhh... Jenny: oh c'mon Will, it'll be fun! Abbey: You'll look great in a tuxedo. John: Do it ya big pu***. I wanna find my daughter dangit! Will: Alright Alright! Geez John no need to flip out. Jenny: Great! I'll go get you a tuxedo and some caps! Later... Will: I look ridiculous.
Harland smirked. "Feelin' a little naked outta that tin can are ya? Well, you look the part, but can you act like a VIP? Give us your best condescending tone."
Will: Okay... (clears throat then pretends to hold a wine glass) Yes, we are superior. (said in a posh accent) Jenny: Yeeee! ^_^
Harland smiled. "Yeah, this might just work..." The others set about making themselves semi-believable as bodyguards, and soon they were ready to go.
Their plan worked a treat, and they were soon downstairs in Gomorrah's VIP area. "Right, keep an eye out," Harland muttered as they walked towards the bar.
