So I had an idea for a Dragonball Z RP, maybe during the WMAT, and I dunno if people would be interested. So i'm just gonna post this and see if anyone wants to be in on it.
Well I'm personally unsure about how it will go but I would like to throw my hat into the ring regardless~
How does this sound as a story: There is a blinding light. When the light fades you see you are surrounded by cheering crowds. You're in an arena of some sorts and you don't know how you got there. There are other people in the ring with you who are just as confused as you are. "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! PEOPLE OF ALL SPECIES!" A loud voice through a loudspeaker echoes through the area. "PREPARE YOURSELVES FOR THE TORNAMENT TO BEAT ALL TOUNAMENTS! WATCH AS OUR NEW COMBATANTS FIGHT FOR FREEDOM IN OUR GALACTIC STADIUM. YOU MAY BE ASKING YOURSELVES; "This doesn't look very 'galactic'" I'LL TELL YOU WHY! THIS YEAR WE'VE DECIDED TO GO OLD FASHIONED WITH THIS THROWBACK TO THE 21ST WORLD MARTIAL ARTS TOURNAMENT!" You look around, confused, so do the other 'combatants'. You try to move, but you realise your arms are chained to the ground. The crowd cheers even louder as a large, blue skinned, 4-armed, humanoid alien steps forwards. "REMEMBER! ALL OF THIS CANNOT BE POSSIBLE WITHOUT GRANDMASTER TOKAI TO THANK!" The crowd cheers once again. You see it consists of a mixture of different alien species. "NOW, I BELIEVE, IT IS TIME FOR OUR COMBATANTS TO GET SOME REST BEFORE TOMORROWS SHOW. NOW REMEMBER! THE WINNER WILL BE THE LAST MAN STANDING! SO BE PREPARED TO FIGHT FOR YOUR LIFE OR DIE TRYING!" The floor below you and the other fighters begins to descend slowly into the rooms below. Soon, all becomes dark.
Random, but I suppose some randomness doesn't hurt. I am interested, but I kinda wanted to see what others said first. Considering that there has been only one other person perpetually interested in this RP as me. I suppose this post would count then.
