Guys even when the currency is launched, it doesn't take a hardfork to change a logo within the wallet lol, meaning its easily done, so if any issues did come up with the logo, it wouldn't kill the currency. When I drew this I based it on Was out before my little pony, but I can understand people feeling strongly about rainbow dash.
This isn't a piece of fanart or animation. This is MONEY. The Hasbro corporation is not going to sit back and let some random guy make an entirely new form of currency based on a character that THEY own. It's just bad business. Hasbro usually leaves brony artists alone because they recognize that the fandom is important to keeping the show relevant and popular, and thus keeping their wallets lined. Even so, Hasbro has issued hundreds of C&D letters to brony artists and content creators. In the case of a cryptocurrency, Hasbro has nothing to gain.
Apart from the massive amount of free promotion when Bronycoin defeats Dogecoin, In any event I don't plan to use any Artwork my lawyer, and more importantly the community doesn't approve of, yes its currency but it doesn't compete with anything they sell, and they don't own Brony nor do they own any Artwork I design. If its risky we can talk about it, nothing is set in stone yet... and even when it is, it still isn't lol, not hard to change the logo within the wallet.
And this is where I'm going to stop you. I don't suppose you can explain why the art that you drew looks like an edited version of this guy's?

yep had that issue with another name called ManeFrame used there logo by mistake and got bombed for it the owner of ManeFrame made an aggreement not to sue if we simply just remvoved the logo
That looks very close to mine, but note the face and ear isn't the same, nor the eye or the colouring, if you can make this look exactly like mine I'll concede to you but you can't without re-drawing it. At the end of the day I'm trying to give us options here, I don't pretend to be a master artist I'm a developer.

I have made it lol, just a matter of the coin logo now, some might say the most simplest part. It will be totally new sir don't worry, but I'm not an artist this is the journey to find the logo, creating talk and debate isn't a bad thing.

So you're going with denial, then. Five minutes in Photoshop, a program that you clearly have experienced with, is all it would take to make the changes. I agree with you totally, but I did re-draw much of it and alter the style to make it a cross between a rainbow dash copy and rainbow bright, as you could tell if that image he posted was made the same size. What we need is a Brony Artist to help out for a bounty,, we still have all the time in the world. Sure then why are the eye and ear different? the colour was changed that wasn't hard I admit. what do you guys want from me lol as I've said I'm not an artist but we'll get there. Id say it took me at least half an hour lol, and as you could see I did many of them so did take me hours sir, (I'm a developer not an artist) just putting out options.
You originally claimed that you drew the picture yourself, and now that you've been called out on it, you're finally admitting that you took someone else's work and edited it. Do you not understand why this is not okay?
As you can see previously I had said (basically), because I did make it my own,, so I originaly claimed Id basically designed it my self Not trying to lie to anybody, but you guys jump on the copyright band wagon so much its hard, not that its even a Hasbro image, or you even asked if I was the original designer.. because I still could be lol but no I'm not No idea mate I got distracted when I should of been building Bronycoin.org, I'll hire my good friend to do the job tomorrow.
