I figured I'd continue this line of questioning here rather than the comment to the picture: What was behind the decision to have Link and Ami dating? Lack of an appropriate sized Zelda? Or is it the toy personality may reflect who they're of, but it's not exact.
At first, I thought of shipping him with Lita. But, I figured they were a little TOO similar. That and I portrayed Link as somewhat of a horn dog. I figured Amy (I use their names from the English dub) was a better Yin to his Yang. She's sweet and pretty but not overly sexualized.

Dashie is more of a celebrity crush for Rock. And I honestly wanted to have her in Rockin' Around the Everfree but couldn't really come up with a way for her to fit into the plot. It's not completely out of the question though. As for favorite ponytail... do I even need to say it?
That's a weird one though. I saw the toy. How is the top of her head shaved and the back not? Isn't it normally the other way around?
