Max thought for a few minutes before answering. "Healing Ace led to a lot of ponies being shot... It's what put your life in danger in the first place..." She said finally, pulling her head back a bit to look at Jay. "Ace and I... I don't think we're evil... but all we seem to do is destroy..."
Jay frowned It was her turn to not know what to do Ace walked thru the kitchen It looked like he had been crying but he looked like he was going and doing something
Max watched Ace walk by and sighed. She'd meant all that she'd said to him, but she still didn't like to see him upset or hurt. "Is that pony still out there?" She asked Jay quietly, "The one I..."
"I don't know why I did that..." Max said, hanging her head, "...Why I hit him... I'm so lost, Jay..."
Jay hugged max tighter "I don't know" she said as ace started talking to the pony It was a little muffled cause the kitchen door was closed
After a couple of minutes, Max sighed, and went to the door. She opened it slightly, then sat back against the wall, still holding Jay in her hooves, to listen to Ace and the other pony.
"That's right up the canyon to the city and into the hospital" ace told te other pony before he ran off towards they're home
"Why would he..." Max muttered, puzzled; even if the pony managed to make it the hospital on his own, he wouldn't be able to get in...
Ace sat the and pulled out his sniper and started to walk to the window that was close to where the pony had first came from
Max peaked around the corner, then shook her head a little resignedly as she was what Ace was doing; it looked as thought there would soon be more bodies...
Jay looked at what ace was about to do and gulped before pulling out her pistol and went to lay down under cover Ace made sure his gun was loaded right before a few ponies came up from the river "That jack ass" one said before shaking herself to get the water off of her pelt "He's your brother" a second one said as he scrapped mud oof of him "and it's your fault he thinks were raiders" And they weren't they were dressed vary nice for post apocalyptic standerds Ace lowered his gun as he heard this He then whistled vary loud "who are you?" Ace asked them as they took out they're weapons at the sudden noise They didn't shoot though
Max looked at her empty holster, wondering for a moment what had happened to her own pistol, before quietly making her way over to Ace, crawling so that the ponies outside couldn't see or shoot her. If they did start shooting, she wanted to make sure she could heal Ace, as he would likely be the focus of their gunfire.
They looked at each other for a moment "Were not raiders if that's whats your asking" one of the males yelled "No I'm asking names" "Oh ....I'm jack " he said before jesturing to the female "this is snow" he then turned to the other male "and finaly jessy" "I'm ace"
Max just stayed sat down where she was, hidden. She didn't want to meet new ponies right now; she was worried about how she might react to them...
"Well ace.....could we ask you for some help?" Jack asked "That would depend on what it is" ace replied as he shifted his weight to his other side Snow stepped forward "were looking for my brother....he is kinda a blue earth pony with a green mane" "Yes I know where he is....what assurance do I get that you are actually his sister?" "I have a photo right here!" Snow said frantically rummaging thud her saddle bag before pulling out the item Ace then magically took it from her and brought it to him It was the both of them The photo then moved back to them "Ok come inside" ace said before turning to max He then kissed her forehead before whispering "please don't attack them"
The group walked in Both jessy and snow were suprised by jay and max because they didn't know they were there Jack smiled at them "Looks like you have a family here....this your place?" "No were passing thru here.....this is jay" ace said before looking at jay who smiled a bit shyly at the group and gave a timid wave "And max" ace continued as he turned max who was next to him
Max nodded at the ponies, exhausted both physically and mentally. She remained sat where she was, and didn't speak.
"Well it's nice to meet you both" jack said before looking at snow and jest to say the same A few awkward glances later jessy waved and said hi and snow gave a big smile to max ((I'll post more later tonight but this is what I can do for now))
