An open bar just means that the drinks at an event are free. They usually have them at weddings and parties. PRO TIP: If the host hired a bartender for the event, tipping is customary. It's also a good idea, as a party-goer who tips with each drink gets better service. That means more booze, faster.

If the game goes for three full days (72 hours) without a post, the person who was the last to post wins. Traditionally, the winner also starts the thread for the next round.
Ah, okay, I've just seen some where it doesn't ever end and others that have a specific post number before it ends.
Round One was started with no rules, and eventually got locked when it became a spam thread. The recently departed SirSPT started the second round and created the current rules. The current RP/Chat format was established by Dreamer, Narrow, and myself back in Round Two.
