"Why would you imagine that I would want to talk about it?" She countered, making sure to lock the room on the way out, "Why bring it up at all?"
"I-...." Ace started before stoping "You have a point" he said as he began walking again Jay was still in her room
"I know it was just a memory, and I'm not upset or angry, but let's not mention it again," Max said, quietly, before knocking on Jay's door.
"Ok" ace said as he sat down next to her Moments later jay opened her door She looked sick "Ya" she said in a congested voice before sniffing in
"Oh, dear!" Max said, worried. She put a hoof against Jay's cheek, checking her temperature. "You've got a fever! Did this only come on this morning?" She asked, concerned; Jay had weak resistance to radiation, so it wasn't a stretch to believe she was more vulnerable to common illnesses too.
"Late last night" she said before looking at ace "thanks for dealing with the robots" *sniff* Ace nodded Concern written all over his face "any time sweety"
Max scanned Jay with medical diagnostic spell, then frowned slightly. "Looks like a common virus. I can't cure it, but I can give you something to relieve the symptoms. Your body should fight it off in the next few days." She sighed, then looked at Ace. "I just need to get something from the medical stores, I won't be long." She gave them both a kiss on the cheek, then headed down the hall, to the pharmacy.
"She still dosnt remember the vault......and that's probably where you got that cold" ace told her "I guess it's a good thing....." She said not saying anything about the cold In all honestly she didn't want to think about it Ace sighed "Well I know where my sister is" "....dose that mean I have an aunt?" She asked smiling "Yes I...guess it dose" ace said smiling
Max returned shortly, with a small bottle. It's contents were green, instead of the usual purple of a healing potion. "Here, take a spoonful of this every couple of hours," She said, floating it over to Jay, "It should help ease your symptoms, and also help with any... other, discomfort..." She added, remembering Jay's other recent complaint.
"It's... a mare issue, don't worry about it," Max said, blushing slightly, as they turned away from Jay's room. "Let's see how our new residents are getting on, shall we?"
Ace nodded and they began to look for them Apperently they hadn't started on the farm but they had everything ready They were sitting in the front lobby sitting around Snow was sitting inbetween rain and jack She was cuddling jack and rain was messing with a piece of wood Jessy was sitting by the bags of soil keeping the cleaning robots away from it
Max couldn't help but giggle a bit to herself, watching the cleaning robots trying to get at the soil. "Might have to do a bit more programming, Ace," She said, as they approached; there would be no point setting up a garden if the robots were just going to try and dismantle it.
"Yup" ace said trying not to laugh "so why is this stuff not a garden?" He asked them Jessy looked at him "Cause nopony decided to tell us where it being made....so wail we waited for you two we went out and found what we need" he told them Ace looked at max A faint bit of red on his cheeks "So where are we going to put the garden?" He asked knowing she knew what rooms they needed
"Sorry, I meant I wanted you to find a list of suitable locations," Max replied. "I suppose I should have made that more clear... You can put it in any patient room, basically; they all have running water in the bathrooms, and the windows should be able to provide some light. I guess we could set up some electrical lights too... Just stay clear of the third floor, and anything important on the ground floor. Now... Do you have a list of items we need?"
"No we found everything while you were.......doing what ever you were doing" jessy said before picking up the bags of soil and other things and bringing them down the ground floor hall way
"Oh, okay... Well, just build it in any of the places I just said!" Max called after them, blushing slightly. "We... should give them the responsibility for this, right?" She asked, looking at Ace uncertainly.
"I don't see why we couldn't" ace said giving trust to them He then looked at his dog tags "You wouldn't know why my real name wasn't on these would you?" He asked, mentioning that his real name was steel forge
"Maybe... In case you were captured?" Max suggested, shrugging, "So they wouldn't know your real identity? I'm sorry, I don't really know that much about military practice; I was only a filly when I entered my Stable..." She sighed, and started walking towards the canteen, their long session with the machine meaning they'd missed lunch. She frowned a little, then looked over at Ace. "Um... Do you want me to still call you Ace? Or should I call you Steel Forge now?" She asked, tilting her head.
"Well from my memories I was called ace....though apperently the memory I would have to recite on why that is is still missing from my head" he said "Though I'm sure it had to do with my cutie mark"
