"The moral axis has three positions: good, neutral and evil. Good characters generally care about the welfare of others. Neutral people generally care about their own welfare. Evil people generally seek to harm the others' welfare. The ethical axis has three positions as well: lawful, neutral, and chaotic. Lawful people generally follow the social rules as they understand them. Neutral people follow those rules find convenient or obviously necessary. And chaotic people seek to upset the social order and either institute change, or simply create anarchy." Alignment is a D&D thing, used to determine your character's personality. Or at least I think it is. I've never played D&D. You can also apply them to yourself. There are tons of quizzes out there, but I'm using this one: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct...01222b&usg=AFQjCNGnofqK6dYDW5xMO-s2VEA31pqbrg I got chaotic evil. I don't really see myself as evil, maybe just a tinge. I am definitely chaotic, though.
Still not working. I'm pretty sure this is the right test, though: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/20001222b And it's doing the same thing. Weird.
Took the test, got Neutral. That makes sense, considering how long it's been since I've manged to give a *squee!*.
I edited the link to go through google. Takes a bit longer, but I tested it so it should work this time around. What is it with me and links? I've gotten that on other tests, and chaotic neutral. It's a nice alignment to have, not being biased by any morals or lack-there-of.
Neutral Good A neutral good character does the best that a good person can do. He is devoted to helping others. He works with kings and magistrates but does not feel beholden to them. The common phrase for neutral good is "true good." Neutral good is the best alignment you can be because it means doing what is good without bias toward or against order. there's my answer, which honestly when i play D&D I never use alignment, I go by actions, I do what my character would do not my alignment a good example for me is I play a Blue Dragonborn warlock who worships the Bahamut the Platinum Dragon, I just don't like the whole idea of alignments.
Chaotic Neutral A chaotic neutral character follows his whims. He is an individualist first and last. He values his own liberty but doesn’t strive to protect others’ freedom. He avoids authority, resents restrictions, and challenges traditions. The chaotic neutral character does not intentionally disrupt organizations as part of a campaign of anarchy. To do so, he would have to be motivated either by good (and a desire to liberate others) or evil (and a desire to make those different from himself suffer). The common phrase for chaotic neutral is "true chaotic." Remember that the chaotic neutral character may be unpredictable, but his behavior is not totally random. He is not as likely to jump off a bridge as to cross it. Chaotic neutral is the best alignment you can be because it represents true freedom both from society’s restrictions and from a do-gooder’s zeal. ---- Well then. I think I know where I stand in the world now. lol
