    *At the top of the ladder, darkness appears and quickly fades revealing a large, lavishly decorated, elongated, ovalline room. Arch is standing with his back to the ladder. Tinkering on a machine sitting on top of a rich mahogany worktable with a fluorescent light shining. There were a number of brightly light, translucent screens orbiting the worktable.* ooc: This is hopefully?, seen before Saber goes down the ladder.
