So, I've been looking at this story for a while, unable to get it out of my mind. Seriously! Why are they trying? I cannot think of a single soul that is on Digital Homicide's side. My hope is that this is a calculated attempt to gain press coverage and then hope it keeps them in the limelight. Y'know, rather than believing they have an airtight case for all 10 million dollars they've asked for. Rather than believe that they're valiantly attacking some perceived demon that's been plaguing their work. What do you guys think? Because after that last podcast they did, I can't get any impression other than a highly childish developer flailing in desperation to keep their business afloat.
This kinda reminds me of that BS with Day One: Garry's Incident. A developer makes a crappy game, and does everything they can to attack bad publicity. Also, what the hell? Are these developers in *squee!*ing middle school? Adults don't respond to criticism like that!
neither would any self respecting lawyer. I don't believe this story at all. they might want to but it's not a thing that's gonna happen.
I remember when they initially attacked Sterling when he made his initial review of the game. For some reason, I thought they'd have learned from their mistakes, but I guess I was wrong. That being said, I hope he can beat Digital Homicide in this case.
OH MY GOD THEY ARE SO ADORABLE! I just have to imagine its like a bunch of ten year olds stacked on top of each other in adult suits. Just how they feel their image is being destroyed by one reviewer, when the first image you get of them when you go to their site says everything that you need to know. Just Immediate profanity and upsetting visuals, and the little library of images it rotates through has another little gem. Well unless somethings come up, here is the sites dedicated page about the lawsuit with a screenshot of their filed case. http://www.digitalhomicide.ninja/#!lawsuits-information/psyu3 I would probably not check out the rest of the site though
