I take a sleep formula with 2 mg of melatonin 2 nights a week for the past 3 weeks. I'm worried my body will stop producing melatonin on its own
I take a trazodone pill at 12:00 and lay in bed with the TV on until I conk out at about 1:00. Also, I sleep on my side in a pair of shorts.
I normally go to sleep around 10:30PM. Usually on my side and wear some old playclothes. Pajamas aren't really my thing.
I sleep on my back and I go to sleep relatively early, maybe 11 at the latest if I have stuff to do. When I don't have stuff to do, however, that's another story...
Rarely. Seriously, though, I fall asleep easiest on my back when I'm in bed. I fall asleep almost immediately in the car or on a plane. If I'm tired enough, which is often, I'll just fall asleep wherever I am, regardless of context of position.
I typically sleep with a shirt and boxers during the warmer months and long pajamas during the cold months. I tend to sleep whenever I'm tired, which maybe not till 3:00 am or later. Other times I sleep early, like at 10:00 pm at the earliest. On rare occasions, I may drink a beer an hour before I sleep to help me pass out better. What beer you ask? Corona Extra~
I tend to roll all over the place. I could fall asleep on my side, or stomach, but wake up facing the other direction, with my feet at the top of my bed, lying on my back. Me and my pillow have arguments every night as well. Because I knock it off my bed, and it irritates me. I don't sleep well >_>
I sleep all snuggled up to my 5 blankets, sometimes they strangle me and i wake up in the middle of the night XD
