Grandpop is enlisting powers of the fundmaental forces themselves, including but not limited to, the stars, Masters Hate and Order, Mistress Love, Lord Chaos, and I think he was talking with the Watchers, all of these powers come from a place Grandpop called Marival, or something like that. These powers are going to be used to help keep it from descending into madness and destruction.

Well Grandpop says it can be dangerous. There's going to be a Being there that eats energy, and life force. So Grandpop says guests shouldn't let power get out of hand, so he is keeping power in check just in case. And since it'll be a bunch of Beings that are very, like EXTREMELY powerful, from multiple Universes, he doesn't want things to get out of hand and mess Universal Laws and Existences up.
