"Just taking some pictures," she answered. "Marq thought that you riding on the hood like that would make a good album cover."
"Metal mare doing metal things," Marq answered. "It sells itself. I would have preferred to have you do it in costume, but I think this might actually work out better. Raw. Unrehearsed. Real danger. It gives it that certain something that metalheads love."
"Yeah," he nodded, "but I'm really not sure what you're expecting. The poor girl's dead to the world. She won't even know we're here."
"Maybe I'll say some *squee!* and it'll get through to her somehow. Maybe seeing her alive, regardless of how ugly she might be now, gives me a little peace. Either way, I wanna go see her."
The nurse at the front desk regarded the group with disinterest as they entered the hospital. "Who are you here to see?" Marq answered, "Nightshade. She's up in one of the private rooms." The nurse shuddered slightly, "Oh, that one. She's still non-responsive, but you're welcome to go on up. Room 345, elevator's straight down this hall."
(man. i missed so many chances for witty stuff. damn) Saber was walked alongside Marq. "So how did you come across your Galaxy?"
"Seems to happen a lot," Asmo commented after walking in, passing the nurse completely and coming to the elevator.
"Equestria hasnt been that happy kids show kind of place for a while." Saber frowned. "Anyway, positive thoughts guys." she shook her head, and smiled... ish
"Kids show place? Sababe, we've got mad gods, a dark underworld, manticores, hydras, basically a matriarchy, and you. No way I'd expose my kid to this on Saturday morning TV."
"*squee!*ing *squee!*!" Asmo jumped, nearly having a heart attack. Raven simply corrected, "Who. Trust me, I write lyrics." "Why are you here?" Asmo asked after calming down.
"I know, right?" Blackened chimed in. "Would you see people drinking Lemmys on kids TV?" He chugged down his glass of Jack n' Coke.
