I think family is more likely that's kinda creepy if they are just friends, she looks a little young for him.

Really? Dull chopsticks can kill you? I mean back when she had her knife I'd get it, but now she only have chopsticks. Not even sharpened chopstick? It's more of a violent poke then a proper stab.
I'd say that chopsticks could likely puncture flesh with enough force behind them. Plus, if Tony teleported directly onto them, then they wouldn't have to be inserted.
