Mat rolls his eyes, ".... Oh come on." Mat took a look at the other mare, giving a wave, "Hello." Mat looks back at Az, "Really, earn it?"
"It's my liquor, I will do with it as I please. I may give you Bits to buy your own. But this is mine, and I don't want to catch anything."
Mat looks at him, "You said may... I'd take the money if it's not may. I don't like getting jerked around, you know?"
Soon Celestia enters the throne room and looks upon the subjects she has summoned. "I hope everyone found their way just fine. I summoned you all here on important business as you know." She says. Violia bows to Celestia and watches as she goes to her throne.
Steam was late to the party. She had arrived to the Castle later than everypony else due to the annoying traffic that was the Canterlot streets. Ponies were already conversing, and Princess Celestia was already in the room. She straightened herself and ran a hoof down her glistening white lab coat. She had offered to pay for a fraction of this voyage, excited for possible investment opportunities. She gave herself a smile, and hurried to bow before the Princess.
Celestia notices the last pony enter as she sits on her throne. "Ah, so it seems we are all here at last. Now I'm sure you have questions about what you'll be doing. I would suggest we get any questions out of the way first, before I proceed explaining what exactly you'll be doing as a service to the empire." She says with a pause before continuing. "Any questions?" Violia waited for the others to ask questions first. She isn't too good with starting conversations.
"Ah, A splendid idea." Celestia says with a soft and warm smile. "Who would like to introduce themselves first?" She asks, looking at all of them.
Mat looked around a bit, "... Nopony wants to start. Eh... Fine, I'll go. I'm Mat Joker and I'm a guard of sorts, that's about it." The red stallion didn't really want to say that much about what type of guard he was, as he wasn't sure his 'special' missions were allowed to be shared under this circumstance or not.
Starry spoke up, she was obviously still surprised and flustered. "I-I'm Starry Scene. An astronomer."
