So, yeah, the drawing prompt of this thing I just joined that requires me to draw once a day of 3 of a few random subjects, was Rarity, Rats, and Sandwich(Butts and arithmetic were also there, but I said no to these) . So I drew something involving this. I'm not a drawer by any means, I only drew for art classes in regular schooling, and after the teacher told me my stuff was pretty much garbage, I quit drawing. Recently, like last week, someone convinced me to try again. So... yeah, this is like my 2nd actual drawing in like... 11 years. Also, I'm drawing this stuff on a game for the 2DS.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who who draws on their DS. what kind of art teacher says to a student that their art is garbage. That's messed up!
It's baffling how "experts" will tell you that true art is your own expression but then somehow think your true expression "isn't art." Just keep doing what feels right to YOU and don't let anyone bring you down. The hell with their opinion!!!
