It seems like our favorite farm pony has a tinge of OCD. Interesting slice of life episode. Never thought "work smarter, not harder" would be the lesson from a MLP episode. Nicely done! Anygoo, tidbits!! Girly Dash was funny. Made for a nice callback to her first time in the spa. And it looks like Sparky might star in the next Mission: Impossible movie!!! Overall: 7/10
The episode was good had a great lesson, returning chcharacters, and cute and funny moments from Rainbow getting a treatment and AJ resolving the solution at the spa giving a good observation moments ago and going full work mode with realizing putting too much effort with the method she use when working her chores it was great overall
The spa wouldn't have so much trouble with heat loss if they'd insulated the pipes. Also, you don't fix a hot water pipe with duct tape. Seriously, though. This episode was pretty good, but it kinda made AJ look like a moron.
Thoughts below. I'm probably being too nice. Spoiler Hmm... There is legitimately not much I can say about this one. Not really in a good way either. I'm not saying I didn't like it though. It's just... I don't know... nothing really 'stood out' for me in this one. Not surprisingly, Applejack ended up working when she was supposed to be 'relaxing.' It was kind of interesting to see her fixing the problem with the spa center though. She was only supposed to be there to 'relax' and she ended up helping them out. Then, Twilight and Rarity return the favor by helping out Applejack because they notice that she was doing a lot of unnecessary things with her chores and helped her 'update' them sort of so they wouldn't take that long which, of course, ended with her being able to spend more 'quality time' I guess with Rarity. About the only thing I can say is that I liked Rainbow Dash in this one with her trying to hide that she liked the spa treatments. It was cute and funny. That's about all I can say. Others can do a better job at this then I can. I don't like to be negative, I know it doesn't seem that way but I just don't like to dwell on negative stuff. So I guess it was just another 'mediocre' episodes for me.
Lol, I kinda wanna show this episode to some of my co-workers... (they could learn a lot). Anyway I'd say this was another good episode this season. Season 6 is going really well. 9/10.
And here I thought all this time that Applejack was one of the more sensible ponies of the bunch, but much to my surprise, she really sucks at farming but is apparently pretty decent at plumbing. Maybe she should rename herself to Appleflange or something like that. Seriously though, I thought the episode was okay. AJ's organizational blindness looked a bit too exaggerated to me but I guess the cuter moments in this episode made up for it.
This episode was okay, but I did get a very season 1 feeling slice-of-life episode, which is a good thing. Good to see more RariJack moments in this episode. And some cute RD moments as well. AJ did kind of looked liked a moron at times, but I still enjoyed it overall. I'd give it a 7/10.
Eh...it was an okay episode, I guess the problem I had with it was that not a whole lot happened in it. There a few funny things that happened in that episode...but god Rarity's melted face! I mean jesus christ man that was terrifying! Other that it wasn't a great episode nor was it a bad episode either.
Okay, Applejack officially crossed over into silly pony-hood with this one, more even than she did in Applebuck Season. Farm work may be cyclical, but she never struck me as the sort to get into such a fixed routine after the underlying causes of said routine were fixed. She must have literally been feeding the pigs the hard way all her life to be that set in her ways. Still, a little more interaction between Rarity and Applejack is a good thing and the bits where Rainbow Dash was revealed to have her girly side (and gotten over her fear of hooficures, apparently) and Twilight's little "Mission Impossible" moment when she landed spread-eagled just above the ground in the pigsty (With music to match!) were cute. Overall, though, not the best one I've ever seen.
