So I play a game called League of Angels II and really enjoy it more than the first. But when I posted an issue about not being able to post on a forum, they answered, but one member got banned and started using every word in the dictionary towards them, calling their game terrible and being absolutely toxic. I don't understand how being banned makes this game bad in all honesty. I understand he was banned and given no reason why, but being that toxic is really inappropriate and disrespectful. What do you guys think?
I think that when people aer pissed off, they're going to uwe everyb weapon they have, inclundind insults and foul language.
Oh. You play too? I haven't started but people want me to do so. I prefer the first game though, mainly because of my level 50 some character. Perhaps we may meet in game when I get my computer. But yeah, the toxicity I have seen to the development staff is wrong. They work so hard to entertain you, respect them, don't treat them with disrepesct like they are *squee*.
I know that this is off topic, but isn't that one of those MMOs that will appear in your side bar as an ad with some busty woman saying something like, "Pick me, my lord" or, "Male Gamers ONLY!" And doesn't it also plagiarize from other games of the genre? In which case, I don't exactly agree that the devs deserve praise.
That would be a no, everything they've done is of their own design, and music is their own. Nothing is stolen like you want to believe. That is the biased opinion, proxy, LOA II has done no such offense. Each game is free to create what they feel is necessary to be a good, I've enjoyed this so much, working for what I needed. Any game can make nay advertisement they wish, it's a game that deserves praise and so do the devs. Please do not be inconsiderate. Plus this is not about plagiarism, this is about toxicity and abuse of staff, you of all people should know that it's not tolerated on any site. Do not ever say they deserved the guy's abuse.
Woah, I never said they deserved it abuse. I just said that I don't based on the prior knowledge I had from both my friends and some other sources that praise wasn't exactly nessecary either. But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt here. And yeah, unless the game Devs are con artists or such, I try and focus on the good aspects of a game.
A good idea is a subjective one. Back on topic, though~ I think it's moreso that, once you've been banned and no longer need to show loyalty to the game-you try to pick the game apart to prove that 'I'm not sad at all that I'm banned. The game sucks!". It's moreso a way of coping with feeling bad or being angry, like Ridley said.

No one every said that you were offended? Anyways, I don't think it's the game developers in particular. It's just the entire game. It's like an ancient folklore: There was a fox who saw a tasty vine of grapes, plump and ready to eat. Alas, the vine was hung too high for the fox, and there was absolutely no way he could eat the grapes. So the fox turned around, and began muttering and saying that, "Those grapes are bitter! I don't want those grapes! You don't want those grapes-they taste horrible!"
