So, this has been in the news quite a bit lately.
After a close vote, the people of the UK have chosen to leave the European Union.

What does this mean for the future of Europe?
How the heck should I know? I'm an American.
But I know some of you aren't, so discuss this supposedly important thing below.

Ah, it was only a matter of time until a thread about it pops up here. I find it funny that schotland is planning a new referendum to become indipendant so that they can join the EU

Darling, you gotta let me know
Should I stay or should I go now?

*Plays other and other and other again.*
That starts to be annoying a bit.

    Apparently, they're calling for a re-vote? That's what I heard from news~

I doubt that'll happen. The petition has about four million signatures, while way more people voted for staying, so thus most of those people are probably the ones voting for staying. If they did re-vote it wouldn't be democratic as it's basically re-voting because a few of those who voted for staying didn't like the results

So the British have decided to leave a political union run by unaccountable rulers on foreign land.

Apparently, even some of those who voted for leaving didn't like the result, if the news are to be believed.
