Azrael nodded. "After a while in a twisted body, the soul withers away. No hope for these older demons."
"Still, we have a vaccine now," Rain said, walking in with Rose and the dogs. "We're protected from this, at least." Her horn lit as soon as she entered, casting healing magic at Dawn's wounds.
He eyed the glass with intent. "Let's find out..." With that, he took the bottle and took a big swig out of it, causing him to cough lightly. "Wow... Not bad."
Asmodeus cackled. "Oh, it better." Raven decided to reach under the bar and pull out an old radio, turning it to some classic rock station. Probably got bored. Maybe it could pick up the SOS.
*As Raven tunes the radio, in between stations, fragments of the transmissions from the ship come through*
"What's next, a curry made out of the blood of your enemies?" he teased. His ears perked at the sound of the radio turning on. "Oh, what's on?"
"Uhhh... well, something. Hold up." Raven stuck her tongue halves out as she focused, trying to tune perfectly between stations to hear the SOS.
*Fragments are heard as she tries tuning it. "Orbit.....lock.......system failure.....assist..ce.......que..ed."*
He thought about it for a moment. "Last I checked, there's this shop some miles out of Ponyville that has them. It looks a little sketchy, but I know people who've shopped there. Looks like a shack, probably to remain discreet."
Raven nodded. "Right. Well, honey, it's either you go out and get one, or I send Asmo out there. Which one is it?" She then put her hoof to her mouth and coughed, "Asmo."
"S*squee!*'s cheap. Maybe we could make him go out there," he suggested. "He probably knows more about ham stuff than I do."
Raven pointed her hoof to Asmo. "You. Asshat. I'm kinda your boss today, right?" Asmo shrugged. "I mean. Don't know if I agreed to that, but I guess." Raven smirked. "Good! Blackened is gonna give you directions, and you're gonna go get a ham radio."
