So Glims and Trixie team up to help Thorax deal with his rambunctious brother. Can't get enough of these Starlight episodes even if Trixie is still... Trixie. It's good to see the changelings again and see what some of their personalities are like. I know one in particular who would get along well with Tree Hugger. MAKE THAT HAPPEN, DHX!!! So we get one of those classic "bad egg that still has good in them" kind of stories and I think it was executed nicely. And yeah, the line about still needing to defend themselves is quite possibly a setup for the finale. No tidbits I can think of this week. Overall: 7/10 Also... NEED NEW CHANGELING FIGURES!!!!!
Dear Princess Celestia, Today I learned You should not close your eyes when aiming a magic unicorn blast. The Great and Powerful Trixie is still Great and Powerful. When you have a plan, you should tell the other people involved the complete plan and not just assume that everything will go as you expect. Pharynx is the better brother and should probably run the Changeling Hive. Never show Terminator 2 to the Changelings. T1000 would give them too many good ideas. Wait. Scratch that. I think it should be their next movie night movie. Also, can you explain how feeding on love would kill plants? Plants don't need love to live. I'm kinda confused on that part. It was good. It was pretty entertaining what a jerk Pharynx was and how incompetent Trixie and Starlight were. You think at least Starlight though would put up a decent fight with her magic though. Also, the feelings forum. I don't know about you, but when I have grievances, I like to take some time away from the feelings forum.
It doesn't, the finale will involve the Pony of Shadows, who is connected to Shadowlock from the comics. That being said...you have a point, dash. How come Chrysalis wasn't even mentioned? The episode revolves around an unreformed (until the end) Changeling, yet Chrysalis was never brought up. We didn't even see her in the flashback! I have a beef with this, since the comics pretty much make Chrysalis the arch-nemesis of the Mane Six, so I want her to come back at some point.
