Making another episode topic, this time sparing you the pretend bragging. The only thing I plan to brag about is this being a really good episode. The premise was very unique and interesting and I loved how Rumble learned his lesson in the end despite making a good point at the start. It was also decently funny. "A cutie mark in being bored."
Can... can you get a cutie mark in EVERYTHING!? So we've got a colt who thinks his cutie mark paints him into a corner and he rebels. Reminds me a lot of that one of Apple Blooms nightmares (which she mentioned) where she was an exterminator... and hated it. I like how dynamic the plot was in this one. He went from moping to rebellious and finally back to just being a kid having fun. Oddly enough, I kinda felt the way Rumble did before I decided to go back to school for my graphic arts degree. I felt very limited since I ended up hating most of jobs that my mechanical engineering got me. So, does that mean that a college degree is the real world equivalent of a cutie mark!? Anygoo, no tidbits so that little anecdote will have to do. Overall: 7/10
Sweetie Belle yelling, "You just haikued again!" may have been the best thing that's happened all season. I startled my dog by laughing as much as I did at that.
