In the very final episode of Generation 4, the Mane Six deal with the fallout of the battle against the Legion of Doom as Twilight Sparkle prepares herself to ascend to the throne of ruler of Equestria...
This was a great finale, a perfect sendoff to all of Generation 4... ...except Equestria Girls. It bugs me that everyone gets closure EXCEPT Sunset Shimmer. We don't get a proper sendoff to her or the Human Six. I really wish there had been one more special to wrap things up. Still, an excellent ending to G4.
Twilight's long wavy hair while still having bangs at the end really was weird. Should have been more naturally flowing like the other Princesses. Just weird.
That episode was actually bad. Weird passing, good moral terribly delivered, some questionable designs -mainly Twilight's-, and even to pander nu mlp fans it failed big time by showing how Twilight will outlive her friends anyway -which is welcome by most veterans, given it was an old fanon we hoped for at 4chan-. Aside from my grouchy oldman opinion of the show having to end back at season 3, I can also say at least it should have ended on ep25 of the last season.
