Dummy, all of them were amazing! How dare you insult the non-bay Turtles! Meh the first one was the best, but the other two were at least good. Mommy don't insult the masterpieces.
Well OK, maybe "drek" is kinda harsh but even as a kid, I felt a little betrayed that 2 and 3 weren't as dark and gritty as the first one. Glad someone enjoys them because lord knows I didn't.
As a kid I loved them all. The first one was my favorite by a mile, but I really enjoyed the other two as well. Grown up, I still like them all, but it's clear they ran out of ideas for the third movie. I like assuming the CGI TMNT is apart of their continuity. So the order for me would be 1, TMNT, 2, then 3. Turtles are supposed to be silly. Meh, I think that's what happened to the later two movies. Fans of the cartoons got there say and it got silly. That's what I loved about the second series, it mixed the silly of the original series with the serious of the comics. I loved when Raph got on Mike when he said Cowabunga. The first Nick series was the best! Second best. Best! Second best. Can we agree the second Nick series isn't that good. April's supposed to be a redhead.
I think it was mainly pissed off parents that caused the film company to lighten the other 2 up. Pretty sure the first movie had a similar tone to the original comics.
Could me a mix of the two. Parents and fans of the Cartoon causing the change. Nothing can fix the Bay Turtles. Yeah, going to agree with that. The second one tried to hard to shove all the stuff that the first one lacked and was just rediculous. I haven't even watched it, but just the trailer and clips I've seen don't make it worth it.
I had forgotten about the comics, yeah those were really dark. Not exactly Saturday Morning Cartoon fare...
I think the second series did a good job adapting a lot of the comics while adding influence from the first series. The third series went it's own route but added in elements from the the past series. The third wasn't perfect, but if you didn't over think it, it was enjoyable. The fourth... I know breaking the fourth wall I'm just agreeing with myself, but redheads are a bigger discriminated group in entertainment than blacks. Do not add Diversity by replacing a redhead. That and you can't really tell the Turtles personalities a part. It worked in the first because well it was the first people were just introduced to the franchise, but from series to series the Turtles grew and were better handled why devolve the characters making them physically different is pointless if they're all just going to be shades of Mikey. I still like the third one best.
TMNT is the only series I was able to convince my friend to make an OC for. The character's name is Stardust. ... "Friend." Okay, I tell him what to do and then pay him money to do his job. He is forced to interact with me.
Hey friendships can start out that way. Then again. They're not always the strongest of relationships. Course overall internet friendships aren't that strong.
At least they are strong enough to hold this forum together... like Elmer's glue. That was Cheesy, babe. That's what I'm here for.
How do you make Elmer's glue? Instructions In a saucepan, whisk together flour and cold water. Use equal portions of flour and water for a thick paste and more water to make glue. Heat the mixture until it boils and thickens. If it is too thick, you can add a bit more water. ... Remove from heat. Add coloring, if desired What does the taste have to do with anything? You're not the kid in class that eats paste, are you?
