I don't quite understand the avatar size thing. Is it okay as long as the image is around 24 KB and is 228 x 350 or does it have to be 230 x 230...

Do the avatar pics have to be under 230 pixels? The file size is small (24.4 KB) and it's hosted from elsewhere. The problem is she's 228 x 350...
