He came back out a few minutes later, his brow furrowed. "My fashion sense hasn't changed much."
She worked quietly, brushing through his hair before her hand cradled his face. "There. All done."
He gave her a cheerful smile before going into the bathroom, closing the door behind him.
She kissed his cheek before sitting up, leaving the room.
She began to braid his hair, her fingers slipping in his brown locks.
He looked around for a moment before grabbing his clothes, folded on the bedside table. "I'm going to change back into this, but I'll be back."
She fell silent, rubbing the back of his neck slowly.
She laughed, patting her lap. "Lie down, then."
He flushed slighly, looking down at the ground. "Thank you, Avice."
She rested her head just under his collarbone, her fingers tangling in his hair.
"Do you want me to braid your hair?"
He seemed surprised. "Really? I don't sing that often."
"You're right. C'mere."
She squinted, sitting up. "Probably quite a few."
He laughed, sounding a little embarrassed. "Am I?"
She sighed, lying down next to him. "Still. I'm sorry."
She laughed, resting her head on his shoulder. "Thank you."
"I've never been good at dancing."
She frowned, her hand on his chest. "God. I'm so sorry."
