"No," she said, looking delighted. "You look beautiful!" She paused before her eyes widened. "What would I be able to do with Earth?"
She led her away, towards the music. "Okay. Miko and I need to go first. Wait for about thirty seconds and then follow, okay?"
He gave her an encouraging smile before returning to his chore.
She hesitated before nodding. "Sure. Yeah."
She worked for several minutes before tapping the top of his head. "There. I'm a God."
"Yup. You said you were ready, right?"
August glanced over his shoulder at her. "You okay, Price?"
"It's..." She glanced at the clock on the stove, squinting slightly. "I don't have my contacts in. It's 10:20 right now, and her class begins at...
"Coward," she muttered under her breath playfully, focusing on her work.
"Alright. Come on, then."
He gave her a small smile before standing up and moving to help August clean up.
She fell silent for a moment. "I'm really glad I married you," she said quietly.
"Do you want to help?" she asked politely.
"Of course. Are you ready?"
