Powerful actions from many states have already been enacted. Whether it's legislation, a bill, executive order, or a lawsuit against the FCC. Many have had a little from all categories. In fact 28 states are currently fighting for our free internet and net neutrality. Washington State currently is the only one with established and passed legislation guaranteeing Net Neutrality for it's consumers. California still planning to pass STRONG legislation that will severely punish ISPs for throttling and blocking content. Not only that, but they will present additional loophole prevention that will go beyond the current type 2 protections which will attack and eliminate 'zero rating' tactics used by ISPs to get around the Net Neutrality protections. All states in the running for supporting net neutrality are listed in the video. If your state is among the list that have done nothing. This is all the more reason to take action now, while you still have a chance. The deadline for net neutrality to potentially be officially repealed, is anywhere between the end of April and the start of May. Even if Net Neutrality is repealed, the fight will not end till we have Net Neutrality restored and make laws that prevent something this heinous from happening ever again.

And with the massive lawsuit against Ajit Pai and the FCC happening soon, one thing is for sure. Telecom services will be fighting to retain what Ajit Pai has accomplished, in hopes to stop all of us from wining the fight to restore Net Neutrality. The bad news for those telecom companies is that there are more of us than there are of them. And we will not back down as long as they continue to support Ajit Pai and FCC in their decision.
