32-Bit EP RPG Voting: First Enemy - Agent of Evil

For this somewhat minor position, we will be voting on which of the three CHARACTERS would be better suited for the part of the Town Researcher... who, in the first town, uncovers something ancient which helps the main characters on their way.

Spoiler: Jack Knife

Appearance: Solid black coat, deep purple eyes, short almost slicked back grey mane.

Weapon of Choice: A red cape, the entire bottom edge is sharp. The cape opens up to a personal armory of sorts, but he tends to avoid using its contents when he doesn't think he needs them.

Signature Move: Spiral slash: short and simple, he spins, allowing his cape to rapidly slash everyone around him.

Personality: He is very sure of himself, and likes to try and confuse others with his words. He never lies, beside lies of omission.

Spoiler: Lightning Mustang

Appearance: Living up to his name, this stallion sports a royal blue coat and electric blue mane and tail with streaks of shocking white throughout. He grows his mane and tail out, giving them a long, flowy, majestic appearance. This stallion also has white on his pasterns, which give off the appearance of him wearing socks. Lastly, he has a ring of white around his forehead, as though he has a halo. To those who have seen him, they describe his eye color like "looking into pools of water." Being a unicorn, he of course has a horn. What makes his horn stand out, is that he has both sharpened the end of it, and dotted it with various conductive metals.

Not being one to conceal his identity as a villain, he wears a cape that billows in the shape of a storm cloud. The cape functions to lessen the effects of electricity on his body. Fastening this cape is a decorative clasp in the shape of a lightning bolt, which appears as though it's always burning white hot. He has also fastened special hoofwear for himself out of the same conductive metals on his horn, which dramatically spike up into a wicked curved hook on the forehooves, and straight up on the rear hooves.

Weapon of Choice: If magic could be considered a weapon, then his Storm magic would be his weapon of choice. Another weapon he's fond of using are the hooks he has fashioned on to his hooves. The hooks on the forehooves are deadly in melee combat, and the spikes on his rear hooves are formidable when he kicks out with them.

Signature Move: Using the conductive metals on his hooves and horn to build up electricity through his Storm magic, he charges it up into a large cone that can hit multiple opponents.

Personality: If you looked up arrogant in the dictionary, this stallion's image would not be a surprising sight. He fully believes that he is an avatar of the Chaos god, and will be granted the highest seat of power upon resurrecting the Chaos deity. What makes him dangerous is that he is also ruthless and calculating on top of his megalomania. He will do whatever it takes to get what he wants, and Celestia help anypony that gets in his way. His typical method of dealing with ponies for the first time is to convince them to worship him. If they should refuse, then he has no choice but to punish them for the grievous error. Any time that he gets bested (like that would ever happen), he vows vengeance as he gives off a blinding flash of light from his horn before teleporting away, leaving behind scorch marks and sparks that last a few seconds.
