I like Pinkamina's hair style better. But i'd rather hang out with Happy Pinkie Pie, Pinkamina might get a little to crazy. I do however hope we see Pinkie's darker less stable side in the show again, that would be fun.
Theyy're both insane. Although Pinkie has tourettes syndrome (pinkie sense) and Pinkamina is plain psychotic. Either way, it's a Doctor Jekkel and Mr. Hyde scenario, so I will love whichever one is currently out.
I don't think she is at all. The only things she did when she got to that state was petend she didn't need her old friends, be angry, cry, and be conflicted. Her playing with the stationary objects wasn't true psychsois, as she knew deep down that the flour and rocks weren't real ponies. She just wanted to pretend that everything would be alright. "Pinkamina" reminds me more of the severe depression of Bipolar Disorder/Manic Depression then outright insanity. I have no opinon on 'who' is better, I love Pinkie Pie however she is-people change when they get that upset, they can't really control it, so one must love both sides to truly love them.
I agree. Considering Pinkie grew up on a rock farm and seems to have been raised by the pony equivalent of an Amish family. (at least thats why I got out of her story) it only makes sense the two sides of her personality would conflict with each other. Her true nature is that of the spirit of laughter, her goal is to bring joy & happiness to others wherever she goes, however that upbringing doesn't just disappear, so its no surprise that when she does enter a deep stage of depression or sadness that she regresses to the pony she was before she got her cutie mark and moved to Ponyville. But yeah I would say she's more Bipolar/ Manic Depressive then psychotic. Her actions in party of one were just her eccentric nature clashing with her depression. But yeah Pinkie Pie is a very interesting pony, I would love to see a future episode go further into her mental psychosis, I doubt that will ever happen, but it would be neat if it did. Maybe a Pinkie VS Pinkamina ep for season 3? (Hey a guy can dream?)
Take note despite what a lot of people say Pinkamena is the depressed sad side of Pinkie Pie, also Pinkie Pie is the one who is portrayed in "Cupcakes" not Pinkamena, and to answer your question I think Pinkamena is a lot cooler.

I liek Pinky best cos shes hapy. I like normal Pinkie Pie best. She's all cheery and happy and stuff, and naive. I like naive people, they are always happy and help me forget how much the world sucks. I am not sure if Pinkamena from...erm...certain fanfics is implied, or just the Canon Pinkamena, but either way I like normal Pinkie best.

I think Pinkie looks cuter when her hair is flattened, I just don't like the stuff associated with Pinkamina. Sorta like my views on Vinyl Scratch!
Aye! Also, I'd say pinkie with crazeh hair. She's so awesome, normal Pinkie, and cute too! And happy! I just find flat hair pinkie less so, and more... Bland-looking, myself.
I find it hard to decide. Regular Pinkie is definitely more fun and has a better attitude, but Pinkamina's hair is definitely cuter. Still, why choose? She's pretty cute either way.
