I surely can't be the only person on this forum who is into building airfix models right?

For those of you who don't know what Airfix is for some strange reason O_O :p Airfix models are little plastic moulded kits that you buy, you cut pieces out of their frames, glue them together and then paint them to make them look as accurately, or as creatively as you want them to look! Airfix is simply a brand of model kits you can buy and you can buy everything from cars to planes to military vehicles to even things like characters or little mini towns! I developed a huge interest in building them from an early age (which you'll be able to tell by the amount of dust and damage some of my models have)

Basically I wanna know, is anyone else into these things? Would you get into this hobby if you had the time and money? Because that's the main thing you invest in these things, Time. The models themselves are pretty cheap, even the paints are cheap, it's a cheap and fun hobby, just very time consuming and sometimes frustrating.

Here is a picture of the models I haven't hung up yet.

In this picture we have from right to left:
    Bf 109 Messerschmitt
    Junkers Ju Stuka
    P40 Warhawk
    Ilyushin Sturmovik
    A6M2 Zero
    A modern Fokke Wulf
    A Whaler

Those are just a few of my models but I didn't want to put too many pictures inside this post, because I think you get it now, I'm a little obsessed :p

Right, if you have any questions ask away!

Dunno about getting into Airfix or most models of any kind.
Though if I had money, time, patience, and practically nothing else to do I'd probably consider doing Warhammer models.

Armored Core models and D&D minis would be my seconds.

I would definitly say that Airfix is a british staple and will probably be a more common hobby here and other parts of the commonwealth. anyway here's the models I have.
