As y'all know in less then a month I got competition. I've been training for this day. Before I went to my new school I had a partnership. Me and my friend would work together to make some of the best animations in our class. We were renound for our animations on a cheap program. Eventually I moved and we started contacting and working with each other via Facebook until my mom took it away. So we talked via steam. Now we are barely given time to talk...we just animate separately... Well the worse has happend.

Today I got word he will be competing against me for the best animation.... We are like Shadow and Sonic. It can't get any closer than that....

I am trying to persuade to see if me and him can work for a short amount of time together. If so me and him will surly win. We are amazing modelers and animators. He's good at lighting, I'm good at camera. He good at organization, I'm good at idea jotting. He's a scripter, I'm a "mesher" .

If we don't work together. There will be very bloody war. This is horrible....

    Lord help me....

So I'll keep you all updated...this is scary :(

Competition is what we live for.

    If you win, fine.

    If he wins, fine.

I don't really see what the problem is here. This guys is obviously a close friend to you, so if anything you could see it as a friendly competition to see who's gotten better over the time that you've been apart.

I'm a competitive personality and I promoted competition in my WoW guild for raids. I think a bit of friendly rivalry can help people strive to better themselves. Obviously, bitter rivalry is quite counterproductive.

Facing a friend in a contest is awesome. Like when I got to play my best friend in a local yu-gi-oh tournament final. He beat me, but it was cool. I had played against him hundreds of times for practice. We knew each others decks by heart. Twas a fun match.

I'm sure if you two go head to head it will be a lot of fun.

Well y'all yes it's fun but also...

...it's one of the few ways I'll be able to get into a place like Art Insitute, Full Sail, SCAD, .ECT with out being in debt I can't handle when I'm on my own. Same with him. And to get a colleges attention usually you gatta win first. And also once you win first you get to go to Kansas. And when you go to Kansas the news paper is all over you and jobs are being offered like crazy after that. Its a big deal. If it was for fun I'd be happy! But I'm doing this for a college education in the field I want to go in. I'm straight up serious about this!

I did ask the teacher to check into it. He said only thing he worries about is the school getting the credit. But I don't think it will be a big issue since its 2 schools in the same district. I am friends with the President and even bigger friends with the Secratary. So I'll see if they can work something out. And now I just realized I can get information by asking my friend... *hoove palm*

So I'll tell you all some more when information comes!
