Carly checked the board for any missions but she didn't find any good ones until she noticed one that said "rare key reward."she almost choked on her drink when she read it. she only had three rare keys so she could go for a fourth. she tore the paper off the board and went to the location the mission was at after jumping on the train. "Zodiac key here i come!"
Drake crouched behind a crate, eavesdropping on the conversation of his target, a Dark Mage known only as The Revenant, a former leader of the criminal guild Havok. According to rumors, The Revenant was after a magic artifact imbued with powerful memory-make magic, strong enough to even erase old memories and replace them with new ones, no matter how absurd. "And once we obtain the device, we shall use it in the town square of Magnolia, to rewrite the memories of all, and make them ours." Said the gruff voice. Drake heard the motive, and he was ready to strike. He summoned a small knife, as if he were a panther ready to pounce on his prey. He had been suppressing his magic power inside his Dragon Lacrima, so all he had to do was drink some blood to trigger it all at once, and enter Despot's Blitz, a Blood Dragon Slaying spell similar to Dragon Force. He cut his lower arm with the knife, and the warm, red liquid oozed out of the wound. He drank it, and a purplish-red aura emanated from him. He jumped out of his cover with amazing agility, and slammed down hard on The Revenant, forcing him to the ground. Before his henchmen could reciprocate, a medium sized magic circle appeared in front of Drake, causing their muscles to swell and constrict, greatly limiting their movement. "I'm not looking for a fight. But if you try to make a move on me, I won't think twice." Drake pulled The Revenant up, and put the knife to his neck. "That's Blood Dragon Slaying! You're that brat who escaped from our guild a couple years ago!" Drake smirked. "Glad you remember me. It will make bringing you in that much more fun." "That's unfortunate." A yellow-gold magic circle appeared below The Revenant, causing his size to increase greatly. Drake just barely realized this in time, and ducked below a punch thrown by his aggressor's massive arm. Drake changed his knife to a shield. "Oh great. He has Titan." He thought to himself. "I need to stay on the defensive until I find some weakness to exploit." Drake blocked punch after punch with his shield, but it wouldn't last much longer. "Come out of there, Dragon Slayer!" Barked the dark mage. Drake saw a crack in his shield. It got thicker with each blow. "This isn't good. I have to switch up my strategy." Drake ran straight at his attacker's fist, and dropped a smoke lacrima, blanketing the area in black haze. He used his heightened sense of smell to tell where the fist was, and then bashed into with his shield, knocking it aside, but also destroying the shield. When the haze cleared, Drake was running on The Revenant's arms with his signature estoc, a simple, jet black blade with a single ruby at the bottom of the hilt. As The Revenant tried to swat him off with his other arm, Drake simply jumped on to that arm. Anyone could tell The Revenant was now very pissed. He grew even larger, breaking through the ceiling of the underground warehouse, with his upper body poking out of the ground. Again, he tried to swat Drake off, but Drake stabbed the estoc through his hand, repelling the attack. He then switched to a normal sword, and drove it through the arm, causing blood to come up, and Drake drank it as he ran. Eventually, the arms got steep. He would have to finish this soon. He jumped to the face. "Advanced Despot's Blitz!" The aura around him flared for a brief moment, and with how close Drake was to the face, red lash blinded his enemy. He boosted up to the head, and prepared his finishing move.
before Drake could land the hit there was some distant shouting then the building collapsing with what looked like a tsunami and before anyone could react the water left just as fast as it flooded in. when the water settled there was an anonymous orange haired man in a tuxedo and a girl with a scarf holding a golden key. "So,I'm guessing you're The Revenant?"She turned around and noticed Drake. "Oh,you were here to kill him first… i'm just here for the key that comes with it."
Drake barely noticed Carly, as he was gathering up his magic. "Secret Dragon Slaying Art: Blood Roses." Suddenly, many massive spikes resembling rose thorns burst out of The Revenant, draining the rest of his magic, and causing him to shrink down to his original size. When Drake landed on the ground, he was up to his waist in water. "Where'd all this come from...?" He then noticed Carly. "Hey, kid, you here to collect the bounty on this guy?"
"Well….actually no.the cheapskate who put up the mission only offered 500 jewel but he also had a zodiac key as a reward and i thought i could use it." she pulled out what resembled a camera and took a picture "just for proof.after all he won't believe me if i just tell him i killed the revenant.but you can still have him for whatever freakish… thing you got there which i'm betting is dragon magic…so take care." she called back the man in the tuxedo back to the celestial realm."that guy was Leo.he's a celestial spirit even though he doesn't look the part.Oh and i'm Carly." (if they have cars in fairy tail then i'm sure they have cameras of some sort)

Vladimir ran trough the old building. Some guy who called himself "The Revenant" or something like that had hired him as a bodyguard, however Vladimir had missed his train and were therefor somewhat late. He wondered if he would still get paid. As he were running he heard some distant shouting, that couldn't be good.
"I'm not in it for the money. This scumbag did some horrible things in the past, and I wasn't about to let him slip away." The Rune Knights quickly arrived on scene. Drake slung The Revenant's unconscious body over his back, and climbed out of the hole, throwing him on the ground in front of the Knights. The captain of this regiment stepped foward. "Thank you for your services to Fiore and the Council. We will ensure you are rewarded amply beyond the 500 Jewel off-" Drake extended his hand. "The money is not necessary. Give it to the Fairy Tail Mage over there." He gestured towards Carly, before heading off the train station, happy that another former member of Havok was in custody.
"i could use the extra jewel." she walked up to the rune knights. "i'm the mage that guy was talking about…so,about the currency." she waited for an answer
When Vladimir finally found the room where "The Revenant" had been, he saw that "The Revenant" had been beaten. Probably by the group of Rune Knights that were in the room. He muttered something about trains and began to move towards the group of Rune Knights, maybe he would still get paid if he stopped them from arresting "The Revenant". One of the Rune Knights began to walk towards him, probably just to tell him that he shouldn't be here. Vladimir smiled, what seemed to be black flames engulfed his hands as he ran over to the Rune knight and punched the Rune Knight which were knocked back a couple of meters.
The Rune Knights were shocked. "Load the prisoner into the transport, NOW!" The captain barked. Two knights cast a quick magic negating spell on The Revenant and carried him into a car, strapped on the SE Plug and high tailed it out of town. The captain cast a powerful lightning spell at Vladimir, purposely missing, as if he was firing a warning shot. It's impact with the ground made a very audible boom. Drake heard this book as he was about to enter the Train Station, along with seeing the Knight Transport rush by. Something was wrong. He ran back to the Knights immediately. As he approached the group, there was a Rune Knight with a bad looking burn mark over his stomach, being tended to my medics. "What's going on here?!" Drake asked. "This crazy bastard attacked one of my men!" Yelled the captain, pointing to Vladimir. Drake saw the black flames on Vladimir's fist. "Nice magic you got there. God Slaying, correct?"
Carly noticed Vladimir and she pulled out a golden key and then then Leo,a celestial spirit, appeared out of nowhere "Did i miss anything Carly?" Asked Leo,turning to her. "Yes!Some guy just attacked a rune knight!Do you think you could handle him Leo?" Leo nodded. "if my energy can last for 3 years then i can handle this guy for sure." boasted Leo. "Fine, whatever mr. great and powerful.But make sure he doesn't hurt anyone else." Leo smirked and proceeded to confront Vladimir but he didn't get too close to him.Leo didn't want to be sent flying.
Vladimir ignored both the man who had asked him about his magic and the captain of the Rune Knights, they weren't worth the time it would take to kill them. He looked around the room, there were way to many Rune Knights here. Although that might work in his favor if he played his cards right. He sighed, he didn't have time for this. "Just give me "The Revenant" and I won't fight you." he shouted.
"Sorry but he's already gone,the knights took him." Carly was cautious of what she said because if he thought she was lying she would most likely get a punch to the face.
Drake summoned his estoc and got in a stance, ready to lunge at Vladimir. "That scum is probably out of town by now. I suggest you back away now."
Vladimir smiled. "Or what?." he replied calmly. "Now, I suggest you bring back "The Revenant" before I decide to burn down this building."
(yeah.yamet has a point.one because Natsu can't swallow his own fire so how can Drake drink his own blood?and because not only would it hurt but its mainly just gonna make him physically weak since his blood is being turned into magic for him mainly to fight.)
