As We Fall RP

(Who ever has joined this Rp, can start I guess)

Marcus woke in some forest, looking around to see if anything or anyone was watching him. He stood up, feeling like he got the tar beat out of him.

 

"Where in the world am I? Last I checked I was running errands, not this." Marcus said to himself before stumbling upon his own great sword and other weapons. 'Wait, I could have swore I put these up years ago, why are they- no, someone had to of kidnapped me, I'm suppose to be in texas, not some Forest!'
Marcus grabbed his weapons and put them in the holsters that were strapped to his waist. All he had was the Sword of the Abyss, 2 rifles and some grenades. "I need to find a way out of here."

 

Marcus could hear something behind him for a split second before it was complete silence. The night was beautiful, and the air smelled like there was lavender in the area, but there was something else, something that seemed off, "If your hiding, show yours-" Before he could finish, Marcus was attacked by some animal.

Right as it lifted up it's short sword to kill the human, Marcus swiftly punched up strait in the nos- nuzzle? The creature was launched through a tree, but that didn't keep it down. It got right back up, and it's body shone in the moon light. It looked human, but it had a tail, and a horn. It's face was like a horses mixed with a humans somewhat. It had holes throughout it's body and it's skin was black while it's eyes were glowing pure blue. It charged again, only to get a face full of bullets. Right as it died, the creature shot off some orb into the sky, which had exploded.

"If he was trying to start of a firework show, then i'm sadly disappointed." Marcus heard more noises in the all around. More of those creatures had appeared, and he was outnumbered, out gunned, and MAYBE out powered. "Oh. Sweet. Jesus. Have. Mercy."

 

More and more of the creatures came out of the forest. Marcus noticed some chick pushing off one of the things off her body. He quickly ran over and grabbed her right wrist and ran.

 

Marcus wasn't self conscious at the time, he didn't know what he was doing. He was trained in a military family, which was a good thing, but it had it's problems. Marcus continued to run unaware of the chick he was holding. Finally, he came upon a small cave covered in hanging moss.

 

Marcus stopped to what the woman said, "I noticed your a human as well, sorry about the "drag you along" thing. It's how I react when i'm being outnumbered with a group of civvies'. Yet, question is, are you human? Because your wrist are cold, and normally I'd mistake you for a vamp', but you haven't deceived me, yet." Marcus walked towards the cave, he needed time to process what had happened.
"I'm not stupid enough to not notice that your not human, but you look human. Tell me if i'm mistaking." Marcus said calmly.

 

Marcus sighed, looking at an old tree that had something carved in to it. He got up and inspected the tree, looking at the carving. It was some form of suicide note.
"So, I introductions are needed, what is your name, if you don't mind me asking."

 

Marcus continued to read the note, "Marcus Cline, ex-super soldier of the resistance. I didn't see the point of fighting the Authority if they were going to take over the earth anyway."
Marcus sighed and looked at Carmon. She seemed more modern from where she's from, "Where I live, it is the year 2761 A.D. I'm known as the Contractor, I'm the guy who searches for bounty's and kills anything and anyone wanted."

 

Marcus noted what Carmon said, he then sighed before proceeding, "Where I come from, it was nothing but war. Earth, our moon all of the way to the next galaxy was complete war. My parents were killed by Authority recon units when I was 5. I wanted revenge, so, I made a deal with the devil, that lord of darkness those satanists talked about. I'm not satanic, but I have committed many sins to earn my place in hell. The deal was as long as I live, I unlimited power and strength, while HE keeps my soul. So, I killed the units that killed my parents. I ended up destroying most of the Authority army, and I saw HIM for myself. HE wanted to keep my soul, but I objected. So, we fought, in the end I won. But as a punishment, eternal life. My arms are covered in flame tattoo's, which marks me as an outcast to the Contractor unity. My hair turned white, I got stronger. But that was my past life."

 

Marcus closed his eyes, processing everything that has happened. He opened his eyes only to see the night being covered by clouds. Marcus looked at the clouds more, as they were in a sort of way poorly detailed. He remembered what he looked like in the world of the dead, and anime character. His eyes widened as he searched for a source of water, anything that could reflect his face. he finally found one, and was angered and disappointed. Marcus got up and slammed his head into a tree. "Please, just please tell me I don't look like a cartoon."
