Many years has passed since the great Avatar Aang and Avatar Korra. Non-benders and benders have had many clashes but no one expected that their greatest battle would come from within the benders themselves. It all started when the new avatar died during the avatar state which broke the reincarnation cycle (so there isn't going to be any avatar in this rp). Some people saw this as an opportunity to do what ever they wanted while other thought that it was now their responsibility to protect the world. Soon the inevitable happened and a war between those who tried to protect the world and and a group of people who called "The united" who wants nothing more then to rule the world began.While most people joined one side, some people decided to stay neutral (either to help others or take advantage of the situation).
