So, I noticed that Cracked tends to favor superheroines over superheroes, and a recurring theme in their lists/articles/whatever is themlamenting the lack of superheroine movies. And it's a given that most of us are feminist, or tend to encourage female protagonists. With that being said, which do you think is the best comic book superheroine and why?
Er, no. Just no. Not a given. Encouraging female protagonist well and good, no argument. But the feminist? No. Bad word choice. Onto the topic of this thread, my favorites superheroine was Spidergirl. The one who started in a What If comic and then spawned her own Marvel Subline. I really enjoyed MC2 and the titles in it but Spidergirl was always my favorite among them.
Wonder Woman. She's not just powerful... she's powerful enough to kick Batman's ass. Seriously. Batman. She beat him. That is a thing that happened.
