    I don't know the Signature limit exactly, as before on previous versions there were no Signature size limits, but as for the one I'm using now, it's 320x234, so I'd say stay around or under 500x500 aspect ratio. As for the filesize, I don't think it matters much

    In the right corner
    There is the settings
    Click it then scroll down looking on the left side for "Edit Signature"
    In the text box, to add an image, you would put the beginning tag "" then the direct link in which the picture is found, then close it off with the end tag "[/img}"
    Note: no parentheses on the tags and no spaces between the tags and the links
